Pasta Bottega

Pasta Bottega was born from a love of food, family traditions and the simple joy of gathering around the table. Based in Bozeman, our company draws inspiration from the durum wheat grown in Montana’s Golden Triangle and the pasta making traditions of Southern Italy. Semolina, water and fresh vegetables from local growers come together in small batches, creating something special and meant to be shared.

At Pasta Bottega, we bring Southern Italian tradition to Bozeman through time honored techniques and vibrant, small-batch pasta.  

Made with locally sourced durum wheat semolina and water, our traditional and vegetable infused pastas celebrate craftsmanship, community and a commitment to sustainability.
