Our small farm is family owned and operated, nestled in the Gallatin Valley under blue Montana skies and surrounded by the rugged Bridger, Gallatin, and Spanish Peak mountain ranges. All of our garlic is homegrown, handcrafted, and organically grown to ensure its market fresh quality. Our Ophio (a.k.a. hardneck) garlic flourishes in Montana’s fertile soil, cold winters and temperate summers and features a robust, savory flavor.
